Located at the World Trade Center site, the 9/11 memorial features twin reflecting pools and the largest manmade waterfalls in America. You can also visit the 9/11 Memorial Museum housing a permanent collection of artifacts and other material.
A designated National Historic Landmark, Central Park extends over 2.5 miles and receives over 35 million visitors annually. It is also houses a zoo, conservatory garden and a wildlife sanctuary. Finally, this lush green, landscaped space has been the setting of scenes in many American series and films. A pleasant stroll through Central Park most definitely wouldn’t hurt.
